I am a sound healer, trained in the therapeutic use of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and Himalayan metal bowls to help shift nervous system patterns, release emotional blocks, and activate states of deep rest and restoration. I am a Myrrophore, a sacred keeper of oils, scent, and anointing practice. The oils I work with are not cosmetic. They are ceremonial. They hold stories, awaken memory, and open the body to presence.
I have received and now transmit the Munay-Ki rites, including the 13th Rite of the Womb, and I have led many women, and all those who carry feminine wisdom. through initiatory spaces that call them back to their voice, their rhythm, and their inner knowing.
I have facilitated women’s circles, sacred plant ceremonies, soul journeys, and embodied healing spaces for years. And I do it from a place of deep respect. Not from performance. Not from hierarchy. From the floor. From the breath. From lived experience.
I am also an author, a sacred storyteller, and a woman who has learned how to return to herself again and again. I write and teach not from a pedestal, but from the sacred mess and beauty of a real, whole life.
